How to protect your account with a username and password

When you start the game for the first time, most players press Fast Login. That creates an account with a random username and password that are stored only on your phone. If you uninstall the game, change phones or wipe the app data, those credentials are lost and nobody can log in to your character any more.
Linking ("binding") your account gives it a username and password that you choose, so you can log in from any phone or from the PC version. It takes one minute and keeps everything: character, level, equipment, friends, ranking and mail.
1. Link your account (do this once)
- Open the game and go to the account screen (the screen with the START button, where you see your account in the drop-down list).
- Next to the Login button there is a padlock button. Tap it. This opens the Binding panel.
- Fill in Account Name (the username you want), Password and Password (Confirm).
- Tap OK.
- If everything went well you will see the message "Binding success". From now on your account is a normal username-and-password account.
Rules for the username and password: between 6 and 12 characters, only letters and numbers (A–Z, a–z, 0–9). Dots, dashes, spaces and symbols are not accepted: the game silently removes them, so my.name would become myname. Write them down somewhere safe.
You can link your account at any moment, even in the middle of a session. The Settings menu also had a "bind account" button in the original game; in this version that button is hidden because it never worked properly. Always use the padlock on the account screen.
2. Log in on another phone or on PC
- Install the game and open it.
- On the account screen tap Login.
- Enter your username and password and confirm.
- Your character appears with all its progress.
You can be logged in on one device at a time. Logging in on a second device simply moves the session there.
3. Common messages

| Login failed (1999) | The server could not be reached. Check your internet connection and try again. |
4. Already uninstalled without linking?
Your character is not lost: it is still on the server, only the credentials are gone.
Contact the community server administrators and tell them the exact name of your character (the nickname shown in the lobby) and roughly when you last played. They can look the character up and give you a new username and password without touching your progress. After that, log in as described in section 2 and link the account so it does not happen again.
5. Privacy note
The game sends the password to the server over plain HTTP (this is how the original game worked and the client cannot use HTTPS). Do not reuse a password that you use for e-mail, social networks or anything important. Use a password made only for this game.
